​But I also witnessed the impact when people are unleashed and barriers removed. That was my way of leading. It became my reputation.

​At Intel, I took a complex global business from decline to double-digit growth in under 18 months. We outsold competitors tenfold in new markets, and raised margins even as we won share. 

We set bold goals, reduced bureaucracy, accelerated decisions, took smart risks, and eliminated performance theater.

This became the foundation for my work at The Simon Impact, helping large companies move faster
