Founder's Note:

Personal Credibility, Real Results

Over 24 years leading businesses from $1M to $9B, I noticed a frequent pattern: Teams full of talented people delivering merely “good” results. They should have been exceptional.  â€‹

But I also saw what happens when people are unleashed and barriers removed. That was my way of leading. It became my reputation.

At Intel, I took the Global Gaming business from decline to double-digit growth in just 15 months. We outsold competitors by 10:1 in new markets, and raised margins via a 500% premium segment sales increase.

We set bold goals, reduced bureaucracy, sped up decisions, took smart risks, and eliminated performance "theater".

Moving from Slow to Fast isn’t theory or consultant-speak. It’s what I spent a career doing. If you want to achieve something, work with someone who has delivered it before. I have.

To pressure-test my own experience, I interviewed hundreds of executives and collected over 2,400 data points, then cross-checked findings against the practices of leaders who had redefined industries and disrupted markets.

This became the foundation for something new, known simply as The Simon Assessment™.

What is The Simon Assessment?

The Simon Assessment is a tool and methodology, designed to remove the invisible barriers that constrain teams. The process includes both a diagnostic and clear, prioritized action plan to move from Good to Exceptional Performance.

I measure impact against our mission:

  • Every individual reaching their fullest potential.
  • Every organization outperforming their highest expectations.

If you want to break through barriers and move faster than you thought possible, I would love to work with you.
